These meetings also aim to “enrich the two guides that the Center for Legal and Judicial Research is preparing related to international criminal cooperation and the recovery of criminal proceeds by enabling the two working groups to identify various practical problems and include best practices capable of overcoming the obstacles that judges face when applying the mechanisms of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters,” according to the same statement.
