Opening the Rafah crossing next week.. Gaza ends the partial closure – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The head of the Gaza Administration Committee, Ali Shaath, announced today, Thursday, that the Rafah crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt will open its doors next week.

This came in a televised speech delivered by Shaath on the sidelines of the Davos World Economic Forum.

Pointing out that the crossing constitutes a lifeline for the Strip, and that its opening represents a positive sign of Gaza’s openness to the future and the world.
