At the outset, the Minister of Youth, in charge of the Supreme Council of Youth, Mustafa Haidawi, explained that the purpose of this initiative is to “open permanent spaces for youth for dialogue with various actors, with the aim of enhancing discussion and creating better conditions for their involvement in decision -making, through participatory democratic mechanisms.”
For his part, Saadawi highlighted the “special care” that the state attaches to the education sector, as it is “the cornerstone of human building”, by “consolidating the values of citizenship, belonging and responsibility within the school space”, as was reported by the same source.
