Ministry of Health: Record 3 deaths due to the stampede accident that occurred in the July 5 stadium yesterday – Algerian dialogue

The Ministry of Health announced today, Sunday, the registration of 3 deaths as a result of the stampede that occurred in the July 5 stadium yesterday.

The ministry statement stated: By commissioning the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdul Majeed Taboun, the Minister of Health, Mr. Abdel Haq Sayyeh, transferred on Saturday evening with the Minister of Youth, Mr. Mustafa Haidawi, and the advisor to the President in charge of communication, Mr. Kamal Sidi Saeed, to health institutions to see the status of the injured as a result of the stampede that occurred in the 5 July Stadium.

The Minister stood on the health of the injured and the circumstances of their sponsorship, as the University Hospital was received by Bani Musous 38 injured, while three deaths were recorded (may God have mercy on them and dwell in his spacious gardens). Bin Aknoun Hospital also received 27 injured people, while Bab Al -Wad Hospital received 16 injured. A number of them left the hospitals after receiving treatment, and it is related to: 32 injured from Bani Mousus Hospital, 24 from Ben Aknoun Hospital, and 14 from Bab Al -Wad Hospital.

In this context, and in order to ensure the optimal health care for all the injured, the Minister made instructions to the interests of the medical emergency at the University Hospital Center, Bani Mousa, Bab Al -Wad Hospital, and the specialized hospital in Ben Aknoun, to harness all human and material capabilities, and ensure the optimal sponsorship of the injured until their similarity to recovery and return to their homes.

The Minister of Health, in his own name and in the name of all the tires and employees of the sector, extends its deepest condolences and sincere feelings of sympathy to the families of the victims, hoping for God Almighty to shroud them with the mercy of his mercy, and to grant a speedy recovery for all the wounded.

The Minister also pointed out the efforts made by medical and semi -medical teams, as well as security and administrative agents, to ensure the health status of the injured through the various hospital institutions concerned.
