According to a first-degree alert, marked in yellow, the states affected by rainfall are Souk Ahras, Guelma, Constantine, Mila, Setif, and Bordj Bou Arreridj, in addition to the states of Tebessa, Oum El Bouaghi, Batna, Khenchela, M’Sila, and Djelfa.
