The Minister stated, in Statement to the press On the sidelines of the inauguration of the annex, the latter is the third to enter into service at the national level, embodying the instructions of the President of the Republic aimed at simplifying administrative procedures and modernizing the public facility.
Saioud highlighted the importance of inaugurating the Oran Municipality headquarters after rehabilitating it, noting that the rehabilitation work began two years ago, as the historical character of the administrative landmark was preserved while adapting it to suit the requirements of modern public service, providing decent reception conditions for citizens and suitable work spaces for employees.
In the same context, the Minister noted the establishment of service space for the tunnel transformer at the level of the Bir Al-Jir municipality, highlighting its role in improving traffic flow and reducing traffic pressure, especially during peak periods, which contributes to improving transportation conditions and enhancing the safety and comfort of road users.
