The University of Algiers 2 announced the opening of nominations to benefit from Chinese scholarships for the academic year 2026-2027, within the framework of strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between Algeria and China.
The university explained in a statement today, Wednesday, that the scholarships are allocated to the top students in their batches registered during the academic year 2025-2026, whether in the second year of a master’s degree, or the fifth year of an engineer, and who wish to continue their doctoral studies at a Chinese university.
The university also set January 15, 2026, as the last date for submitting applications for scholarships to China, stressing the need to complete all required documents, along with attaching proof that the student has previously obtained university admission from a Chinese university, if any.
In its statement, the university warned of the necessity of sending files exclusively in digital format (PDF and Excel) and collected in one compressed file for each institution via the following dedicated electronic link: https://forms.gle/ipxQHXQbEte3UTpBA.
