Today, Sunday, from the Biskra Judicial Council, the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Lotfi Boudjemaa, announced the launch of a new digital platform, which enables lawyers to submit requests for the regular copy of judgments and decisions issued by the regular judicial and administrative authorities, as well as to withdraw them signed electronically.
According to a statement by the Ministry, this mechanism aims to simplify procedures, expand services, and exempt lawyers from moving to the judicial authority.
The lawyer accesses the aforementioned platform, using his electronic account information on the digital platform to exchange petitions and responsive memorandums, via the official website of the Ministry of Justice. The request is processed automatically.
The required document must be ready for withdrawal, within a maximum period of 24 hours. To enable the lawyer requesting the service to withdraw it signed electronically.
