The war on Iran implicates Infantino

The United States of America declared war on Iran, with the support of the Zionist entity, 48 hours ago, causing chaos in the Middle East.

The war will cast a shadow on the sports field in general and football in particular, in light of the upcoming international competitions such as the World Cup.

The matches of coach Amir Qalinoui’s squad were scheduled for the American cities of Los Angeles and Seattle.

In this case, the Iraqi team benefits from the situation, or to a lesser extent the UAE team, which is excluded from the Asian playoff against the Al-Rafidain Lions.

Infantino and the policy of double standards

The Russian national teams and the Russian Olympic Committee were excluded from participating in the largest sporting events, most notably the World Cup, after the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war in February 2022.

The current FIFA president, Swiss Gianni Infantino, did not hesitate to punish the Russians despite the close relationship he had with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier.

The International Federation granted Russia the honor of hosting the 2018 World Cup, which the French team won.

At the time, Infantino showed flattery to Russian politicians, led by Putin, as he described the organization as exceptional.

Infantino returned to fawning this time, but on behalf of another president, the American Donald Trump, as he created a new award specifically for the latter.

Trump received the FIFA Peace Prize during the 2026 World Cup drawing ceremony in Washington, DC, three months ago.

FIFA and other international sports bodies, such as the Olympic Committee, turn a blind eye to blatant human rights violations by Western countries and others loyal to them, such as the Zionist entity.

Infantino refused to punish the Zionist Football Association and local clubs, despite the war crimes committed by the Zionist army in Gaza for three years.
