Residents of the Roman Arches neighborhood, in the municipality of Tebessa, are demanding that the municipal authorities register the urban development project and pave the worn-out road as soon as possible.

According to some residents, the road to the Roman Arches neighborhood has not known the process of preparation, maintenance, or paving for about 15 years, even though it is in a very difficult condition, with its remarkable wear and deterioration. They wonder why the municipal authorities are late in registering the neighborhood among the neighborhoods benefiting from urban projects in order to prepare it, pave it, and end their suffering, especially during the winter with the mud. Accordingly, the residents of the Roman Arches neighborhood ask the governor of the state to intervene personally with the municipal services, to force them to prepare and pave the roads as soon as possible.
