The “Tramway” service between the Elements and Kharrouba stations in Algiers stopped, this morning, Tuesday, according to a statement by the Algiers Sitram Tramway Company.
The text of the company’s statement stated that “Tramway service is not available between the Elements and Kharouba stations, after the theft of electric cables.”
The company has set up Itoza buses to ensure the transportation of passengers between Roisso and Kharouba stations, according to the same source.
The company indicated that “a tramway service is available between the beautiful air stations and Durgana Wasat stations.”
And put at the disposal of passengers “a phone number to provide clarifications or inquiries and for more information 0560030340, or via the Facebook page.”
