The process of distributing 144,601 housing units in various formats continues – New Algeria

The process of distributing 144,601 housing units in various forms continued across the various states of the country, and the Minister of Housing, Urbanism, City and Urban Development, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, gave the signal to start their distribution from the state of Bejaia, coinciding with the celebration of the seventy-first anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious Liberation Revolution, according to a statement, today, Saturday, by the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism.

The rate of progress of this process until today, Saturday, has reached 65.54%, which is equivalent to 94,781 housing units distributed out of the total number of housing units allocated for distribution on this historic occasion.

At the forefront of the concerned states, 2,603 ​​housing units were distributed in the state of Adrar, at a rate of approximately 100% of the planned quota for distribution, while 2,153 housing units were distributed in the state of Bashar, at a rate of 100% of the programmed quota.

As for the state of Djelfa, 7,648 housing units were distributed, a rate of approximately 100%, while the state of Sidi Bel Abbes benefited from 3,263 housing units, a rate of 96%, in addition to the distribution of 1,726 housing units in the state of Mosteghanemi, a rate of 63%.

In the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, 2,180 housing units were distributed, at a rate of 92%, and in the state of Khenchela, 2,964 housing units were distributed, at a rate of 93%.

It should be noted that this process is continuing until the total number estimated at 144,601 housing units scheduled for delivery is completed.

In another context, the executive directors of the housing sector began organizing field trips and meetings that included the states of: Bashar, Khenchela, Bejaia, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Laghouat, El Oued, Oum El Bouaghi, Tissemsilt, Tiaret, Camp, M’Sila, Tizi Ouzou, Djanet, and Skikda.

These meetings and field outings were also devoted to following up on the pace of completion of housing projects scheduled for distribution in future historical stations, with a focus on removing all field obstacles to ensure the delivery of housing within the specified deadlines.
