Algeria has achieved qualitative transformations that have strengthened the state’s prestige

Today, Algeria, under the leadership of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, continues to consolidate its victories in various fields, by achieving qualitative transformations that enhance the prestige of the state and put the interest of the citizen at the heart of its priorities.
On Monday, according to a statement by the ministry, in the lecture hall of the Museum of Islamic Civilization at the Algiers Mosque, the Minister of Mujahideen and People of Rights, Abdelmalek Tashrift, accompanied by the Dean of the Mosque of Algiers, Sheikh Muhammad al-Maamoun al-Qasimi al-Hassani, supervised the opening of the activities of the historical symposium commemorating the 64th anniversary of Victory Day, March 19, 1962, under the slogan: “Immortal glories and renewed victories.”
The Minister of Mujahideen and People of Rights affirmed that the generation of November marked, on that most memorable day, the opening of a new era, with which the Algerian people paved their way to victory with valor, courage and steadfastness, noting that the caravans of righteous martyrs took victory or martyrdom as their creed and path. He won martyrdom from those whom God loved with His generosity and pleasure, while God enabled the good Mujahideen to bear witness on the Day of Definite Victory, remaining steadfast in their covenant.
The Minister added that the loyalty of the women and men of Algeria today to the principles of victory is not just a passing reminder, but rather a living extension of the values carried by our ancestors, stressing that Algeria today, under the leadership of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, continues to consolidate its victories in various fields by achieving qualitative transformations that enhance the prestige of the state and put the interest of the citizen at the heart of its priorities.
The symposium was organized by the National Mujahid Museum, in coordination with the Museum of Islamic Civilization at the Algiers Mosque, in the presence of national and historical figures, mujahideen, in addition to professors, researchers, students, intellectuals, and media professionals.
The symposium also witnessed the presentation of scientific and historical interventions by specialized professors and researchers, which addressed the various historical and political dimensions of Victory Day and its implications in the course of the liberation struggle of the Algerian people.
At the conclusion of this occasion, the Minister of Mujahideen and People of Rights, accompanied by the Dean of the Mosque of Algiers, Sheikh Muhammad al-Maamoun al-Qasimi al-Hassani, supervised the honoring of the Mujahid Sherif Aouchia, who, on the occasion, gave a living testimony about the events of March 19, 1962, recalling the details of that pivotal stage in Algeria’s history. The professors and researchers participating in this symposium were also honored, in appreciation of their scientific efforts in the field of historical research and their valuable contributions to preserving national memory and preserving the legacy of the glorious liberation revolution.
