The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, arrived at the Palace of Nations, where representatives of Parliament meet in its two chambers to deliver a speech to the nation, within the framework of the third constitutional tradition of its kind that reflects the President’s keenness to communicate directly with the representatives of the people.

The speech will include a comprehensive overview of the general situation in the country, with an emphasis on preserving the social character of the state and placing the interest of the citizen above all else, renewing the government’s commitment to responding to the aspirations of citizens and achieving sustainable development.
