The President of the Republic confirms that the state will continue to fight corruption – New Algeria

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, confirmed today, Sunday in Algiers, that the state is still fighting corruption and will continue to fight it until its last breath.

In his speech to the nation before Parliament in its two chambers at the Palace of Nations at the Pine Club, the President of the Republic said: “We are still fighting corruption and we will continue to fight it until our last breath.” He added: “We have made changes in the field of justice to restore citizen confidence in the state, establish the principle of separating money and politics, and combat corruption.”

In the same context, the President of the Republic revealed that “a review of the laws of local communities will begin in order to begin rebuilding the state of truth and true democracy.”
