The opening of the second edition of the National Pharmaceutical Industries Exhibition in Setif with the participation of 61 exhibitors – Algerian Dialogue

The second edition of the “Al Hadab” National Exhibition for Pharmaceutical and Para-Pharmaceutical Industries “Pharma Expo” opened today, Thursday, at the “Ma’boudah” Exhibition Hall in Setif, with the participation of 61 exhibitors who came from many states of the country, according to what the organizers confirmed.

Immediately after its opening, the demonstration was witnessed by large numbers of visitors who toured the pavilions of the exhibition, which included representatives of public and private institutions active in the field, pioneers in the pharmaceutical industry and distributors, in addition to professional organizations active in the pharmacy and health sectors, as well as banks and services.

On this occasion, the director of the exhibition, Khalifa Balla, stated to / Waj that the Al-Hadhab Exhibition (Pharma Expo) “is an opportunity to highlight the production capabilities in the pharmaceutical and semi-pharmaceutical industry in Algeria and a space for producers and all dealers to research and find ways to meet the market’s needs for medicines.”

It is also “a space for exchanging experiences and discovering the latest developments in the field of the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical industry,” in addition to creating economic opportunities among exhibitors and visitors on the one hand, and between exhibitors among themselves on the other hand, according to what the speaker explained.

The exhibition director expects approximately 7,000 visitors to visit the pavilions of this national demonstration, which will contribute to revitalizing national pharmaceutical production through meeting and exchange between pharmaceutical industrialists, distributors and others, and discussing opportunities for cooperation among them.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, which will continue over 3 days (from May 9 to 11), scientific forums are scheduled to be organized to provide in-depth concepts of current issues and emerging opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry sector in Algeria, as well as to discuss topics related to the field of innovation in the pharmaceutical field in Algeria, with the participation of specialists in the pharmacy.
