The Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemns the escalation of settler crimes in the West Bank

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemned in the strongest terms the continued crimes of murder, incitement, settlement expansion and terrorism practiced by Zionist settler gangs with the support of the occupation forces in the West Bank, which recently resulted in the martyrdom of five Palestinians and the wounding of others.

The General Secretariat confirmed, in a statement on Sunday evening, that these crimes represent an extension of the displacement, settlement and annexation policies pursued by the Zionist occupation, and attempts to impose alleged sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian territory, in flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and international legitimacy resolutions.

The General Secretariat renewed its call on the international community to intervene immediately to stop all Zionist crimes and violations throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, and to impose clear and deterrent sanctions on the Zionist settlement system.
