The National Data Protection Authority launches a digital portal for associations and political parties – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

This measure comes within the framework of the National Authority’s keenness to accompany associations and political parties and enable them to comply with the provisions of Law 18-07 by simplifying administrative procedures and adopting digital solutions that will facilitate the performance of legal obligations related to the processing of data of a personal nature.

To take care of your legal and technical concerns and questions, the National Authority has placed three (03) electronic addresses on its website specifically for this purpose.
The National Authority calls on all associations and political parties to review its official website and take the initiative to complete the required procedures, affirming its commitment to accompany and provide the necessary support within the framework of respect for the applicable legislation.
