The National Assembly unanimously approves the Basic Law of the Judiciary – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

Today, Thursday, members of the National Assembly unanimously approved the text of the organic law related to the basic law of the judiciary, during a public session chaired by the Speaker of the Assembly, Azouz Nasseri.

The session took place in the presence of the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Lotfi Boudjemaa, and the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Najiba Djilali.

This legal text is a qualitative addition to the national legal system.

It is a pivotal tool in developing judicial work, in line with the directions of the President of the Republic’s programme.
