The Ministry of Youth announced the opening of nominations for office head positions at the level of directorates affiliated with the central administration, within the framework of strengthening the organizational structures of the central administration, and in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 08-08 of January 27, 2008, which specifies the conditions for appointment to the senior positions of office heads in the central administration and the evidentiary increase associated with it.
According to the Ministry’s statement, Amwa Al-Khamis, this measure comes with the aim of enhancing administrative performance and improving the quality of management, by assigning responsibilities to qualified competencies, in accordance with the principles of entitlement and transparency, and in a way that ensures the proper functioning of the public facility.
The Ministry clarified in its statement that the conditions for candidacy, the composition of the nomination file, the modalities and deadlines for depositing files, as well as the selection procedures, are determined according to what is shown in detail in the attached tables.
The attached appendix also shows the approved structural detail, which explains the distribution of directorates, sub-directories, and their affiliated offices at the level of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth.
The Ministry of Youth affirms its commitment to enshrining the rules of modern public administration and strengthening competent human resources, in a way that serves the public interest and contributes to the implementation of public policies directed to the benefit of youth.
Nomination files shall be deposited or sent to: Directorate of Public Administration – Sub-Directorate of Employees of the Ministry of Youth, Mohammed V District, Audin Square, Central Algiers.
