Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Youth announced the launch of the process of joining youth institutions remotely, through the digital platform for youth institutions, which was put into service at the beginning of October 2025, according to a statement by the Ministry.
This step came within the framework of implementing the action plan drawn up by the Ministry of Youth related to the digitization of youth institutions, and in order to bring services closer to youth and simplify administrative procedures.
According to the statement, the platform has been enhanced with an electronic engagement feature for the benefit of young people who wish to benefit from various scientific, cultural, recreational and training youth activities, where, for the first time, young people can request to join without the need to move, relying on modern digital technologies, in a qualitative step that reflects the national trend towards digital management.
The registration process is also characterized by simplicity and speed, as it only takes a minute or two, and takes place through the following stages: Creating an account on the platform by entering the initial information, to obtain the user name and password, the platform link: https://youthconnect.mjeunesse.gov.dz, completing the personal data of the young man, and submitting an application to join by choosing the youth organization he wants to join.
In the same context, applications for membership are received and studied by the Director of the Office of Youth Institutions at the state level, where the application is subject to a data verification process, after which it is accepted or rejected in accordance with the established procedures.
If the application is approved, the person concerned must go to the selected youth organization in order to communicate directly with the organization’s management, pay the enrollment fees, receive the enrollment card, and begin practicing his activities within the youth space.
