The Ministry of Industry clarifies the developments in accreditation of car dealerships – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Yesterday, Monday, the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production clarified, in a statement regarding news circulating regarding granting accreditation to new vehicle agents, that it is the only one authorized to inform about developments in this file, confirming the granting of three licenses so far.

And the statement stated: “The Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production knows that the joint ministerial technical committee appointed by the ministry’s interests and charged with studying and following up on the accreditation files of new vehicle agents continues its work in accordance with the stipulated regulatory provisions. It regularly meets and deals with all submitted accreditation requests.”

Accordingly, the statement adds, “The Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production knows, by virtue of its rule as the only body that supervises this file, that it is the only one authorized to inform and report on any development taking place with regard to the file of granting approvals for new vehicle agents, in which three approvals have been granted to date, for each of: Fiat, JAC, and Opel brand.

Consequently, any other information circulated through national newspapers or social networking sites is considered “false and unfounded,” the ministry added.
