The Ministry of Health is interested in improving the professional conditions of sector employees

The Ministry of Health highlighted the great interest that the Minister attaches to improving the professional and social conditions of health sector users, as a priority that falls within the core of the Ministry’s concerns, as this has a direct impact on the stability of human resources, and reflects positively on the quality of performance and the promotion of the health service.

This came during the reception by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Mohamed Talhi, on Tuesday, at the Ministry’s headquarters, with members of the National Council of Health Sector Employees, headed by Bouloufa Mohamed, affiliated with the Independent National Union of Public Administration Employees, in the presence of members of the Central Committee in charge of dialogue with social partners, in implementation of health directives, Professor Mohamed Siddiq Ait Messaoudane.

The meeting was devoted to presenting a number of professional and social concerns related to employees of the health sector, including the joint corps category, where a number of issues were addressed, including the issue of freedom of union activity and some concerns raised at the local level, in addition to putting forward practical proposals aimed at improving working conditions and enhancing the professional path of sector employees.

During this meeting, the Secretary-General affirmed the Minister’s keenness to establish a serious, responsible and sustainable dialogue with trade union organizations, as a strategic option aimed at enhancing professional stability and consolidating mutual trust.

He also stressed that the study of the demands raised takes place within the framework of the participatory approach adopted by the Ministry, which is based on effective listening and constructive consultation, and working to find appropriate solutions to serve the public interest.

The meeting took place in a positive atmosphere characterized by a spirit of responsibility and understanding, emphasizing the importance of continuing constructive dialogue and strengthening consultation mechanisms in a way that contributes to supporting the path of the health sector and improving its performance.
