The Minister of Labor stresses the implementation of the road map and sets deadlines for its implementation – New Algeria

The Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Professor Abdul Haq SayhiToday, Sunday, he issued a set of instructions and directives, through which he stressed the acceleration and without any delay in implementing the strategic objectives of the sector, especially in the field of services provided by the bodies under supervision, while strengthening the interconnection with the various bodies, as well as with other ministerial sectors, with the aim of modernizing the sector and improving the quality of public service.

As part of a series of periodic meetings with tires Central administrationToday, Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the Ministry’s headquarters, the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Mr. Abdul Haq Sayhi, chaired a working session that included the frameworks of the central administration, devoted to following up on the implementation of the established programs and the roadmap and ways to evaluate them, including the performance of bodies and institutions under guardianship.
During this meeting, the Minister listened to presentations made by the central administration frameworks, which focused on the outcome of the activities completed and the measures taken in the areas of work, employment and social security, as well as the progress of the implementation of the projects and programs under control.

The Minister also stressed the need to accelerate the launch and implementation of all projects that have a direct positive impact on public service, while strictly adhering to the specified deadlines and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in implementation.
Regarding the protection of workers’ rights, the Minister issued instructions requiring the initiative to sensitize employers to the necessity of creating a work environment that encourages economic development, while establishing a training program for the benefit of labor inspectors, which includes topics that would improve the performance of public facilities and improve the quality of service provided, and organize awareness-raising activities for the benefit of workers of all segments, to explain their rights and duties in the field of work, employment and social security.
The Minister also instructed the frameworks of the central administration, each within his jurisdiction, on the need to ensure and ensure periodic follow-up of the activities of the bodies under guardianship, especially with regard to the extent of implementation of recommendations related to improving public service and digitization, and the deadlines for implementing goals in the areas of developing the world of labor and social security, by adhering to the deadlines for processing administrative files related to the services provided by the bodies under guardianship.
