The Minister of Interior supervises the celebration of World Civil Defense Day – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

Al-Saeed Saeed, Minister of the Interior, Local Communities and Transport, arrived at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Civil Protection to supervise the activities of World Civil Protection Day, which is celebrated annually on March 1.

The Minister was accompanied at this event by the Governor of the State of Algiers, the Director General of Civil Protection, Colonel Boualem Bouglaf, the Director General of National Security, in addition to the Director General of Human Resources, Training and Basic Laws at the Ministry of the Interior, and the General Director of Ooredoo.

This year’s celebration is organized under the slogan: “Managing environmental risks for a resilient and sustainable future”highlighting the importance of enhancing awareness of risk management and maintaining the safety of citizens and property in various environmental conditions.
