The Minister of Interior presents a draft law regulating political parties – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The Minister of the Interior, Local Communities and Transport, Said Saioud, presented before the Legal and Administrative Affairs and Liberties Committee of the National People’s Assembly the draft organic law related to the organization of political parties.

During the presentation, the Minister provided detailed clarifications about the most prominent axes of the project, which aims to frame the activity of political parties and ensure their practice within the framework of respect for the provisions of the Constitution and applicable legislation.
