This operation enabled police officers to seize 2 imitation weapons, 3 wireless radios, 9 prohibited white weapons, a forged professional card/forged rectangular stamp, small binoculars, a mask, a uniform, a hat, a belt, a protective vest, and a sheath.
The Metropolitan Police Services added that the suspect was brought before the regional prosecutor in accordance with a file of criminal procedures regarding the case of unauthorized interference in the functions of regular bodies, a misdemeanor of using a title related to a legally regulated profession whose granting conditions the public authority has determined, a misdemeanor of possessing and using classified devices, sensitive equipment in the applicable regulation without obtaining the required accreditation or license, a misdemeanor of wearing in public a garment resembling the uniform of a regular body, which would cause confusion to the public, and a misdemeanor of unlawfully wearing a uniform. Unlawful uniform and distinctive dress for a position, an official national badge, and a Class 6 misdemeanor for possessing weapons without legal justification.
