The Makhzen regime resorts to the Tijaniya method to calm the anger of Africans – New Algeria

The Moroccan Makhzen regime is trying to find ways to overcome the crisis it caused by antagonizing everyone, during its organization of the African Cup of Nations, and its effort to win it by all means at the expense of fraternal relations that are supposed to be above all narrow political calculations.

She did not find a solution to overcome this dilemma, except to seek help from a person who presented himself as one of the sons of the Tijaniya zawiya, which emerged and grew up in the city of Ain Madi in the state of Laghouat, Algeria, due to the extent of the influence that this Sufi order enjoys on the African continent.

In this regard, a person came out saying that he represents the Tijaniya order in the Kingdom of Morocco, calling for the preservation of the sacred character of the spiritual and historical relations that bring together the Moroccan and Senegalese peoples, according to what was stated in a statement signed by the so-called Sheikh Mohammed Al-Kabir bin Sidi Ahmed Al-Tijani.

Moroccan-Senegalese relations are experiencing their worst period due to the provocations and transgressions that expose the Senegalese national team and the fans that travel with it to the Kingdom of the Moroccan Makhzen, knowing that Senegal is considered one of the largest African countries incubating the Tijaniya order on the African continent. Therefore, the author of the statement warned of the repercussions of the crisis affecting relations between Rabat and Dakar, which the Moroccan Makhzen regime bears alone.

The statement expressed concern about the tensions that emerged on social media following the final of the African Cup of Nations, stressing that “these circumstantial events cannot affect the depth of fraternal relations between the two countries,” ignoring the role of the Makhzen regime in this crisis, which must apologize to the Senegalese people, their government, and their national team for what they were exposed to during the recent African Cup.

The statement added, “The relationship between Morocco and Senegal goes beyond geographical borders and fleeting political calculations, as it is a spiritual and historical relationship based on the unity of faith, values, and kinship, formed through centuries of religious communication. Two peoples in two countries, driven by the same awareness nourished by the love of God, and no sporting event can shake these ties.”

The Moroccan Makhzen regime did not want its football madness to destroy its relations with many African countries, which are considered among its greatest successors in the African continent, such as Senegal, Nigeria, Cameroon and the Democratic Republic of Congo, which did not confront the Moroccan team, but their activists on social media joined the campaign that confronts the Moroccan regime and mocks it for its recklessness and placing its political whims above established relations with friendly countries.
