On Friday, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that the final registrations for new baccalaureate holders (2025 session) will be completely electronically without the need for any paper documents.
The registration process is expected to start from Sunday August 10, 2025 at midnight, and the process continues until August 15 of the same month.
The Ministry stated, in an official statement, that access to the digital platform for registration is done by scanning the qr code on the baccalaureate certificate, or by entering the following link:

New students are required to use the account appearing in the baccalaureate certificate to enter the digital floor, while verifying university guidance according to the date set for each student, as shown in his guidance card.
The Ministry confirmed that the process of paying registration rights, estimated at 200 Algerian dinars, in addition to the transfer rights estimated at 150 dinars (for students wishing to benefit from university transportation), will be exclusively through the gold card of the Algeria Post, which reflects a trend towards digitizing services and facilitating procedures.
For students involved in university accommodation, they will be able to submit a accommodation request through the same digital platform, with the possibility of choosing a maximum of three residencies, according to the geographical distribution and available institutions.
After completing the registration, the student will automatically obtain a virtual virtual student card, which can be downloaded on the smartphone, ensuring the ease of its use in various university interests later.
This step comes within the framework of the ministry’s policy aimed at modernizing and concealing the higher education sector, and simplifying administrative procedures for new students, while reducing costs and speeding services.
