Rakhroukh reveals the new railway line “Bachar – Tindouf – Ghar Jbeilat” – New Algeria

The Minister of Public Works, Lakhdar Rakhroukh, revealed that his ministerial body has adopted accelerated steps to deliver the railway project linking Béchar-Tindouf-Ghar Jbeilat (950 km) by the end of next year 2025.

In a press statement by Minister Rakhroukh, on the sidelines of the work of the governors’ meeting held at the Abdellatif Rahhal Conference Palace in Algiers, he said that the project, which is divided into three sections, is witnessing an accelerating pace of work, indicating the ministry’s determination to deliver the project before its predetermined deadlines of March 2026.
