During its meeting held today, Sunday, headed by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Council of Ministers approved the creation of two new administrative provinces.
According to a statement by the Presidency of the Republic containing the results of the meeting, the Council of Ministers agreed to upgrade the city of Maghnia in the state of Tlemcen and the city of El Alma in the state of Setif to two administrative provinces.
