The Algerian Red Crescent Foundation announced today, Wednesday, that it will sponsor more than 200,000 families across the national territory during the holy month of Ramadan, as part of the major solidarity campaign for the holy month.
The organization explained that the process of shipping and delivering food parcels is continuing through the central and state warehouses to the various states of the country, as more than 34 states have been supplied to date.
In the same context, the distribution of rations will begin at the municipal level in coordination with local authorities, to ensure that aid reaches those who deserve it within the specified deadlines.
This national program will be implemented with the participation of more than 12,000 volunteers across various states, with a distinguished presence of university students this year, in a way that reflects the spirit of solidarity and interdependence that characterizes Algerian society.
