Inauguration of Abdelghani Ait Said as President and General Manager of Algeria Telecom – New Algeria

Today, Monday, Sidali Zerrougui, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, supervised the inauguration ceremony of Abdelghani Ait Said as the new President and Director General of the Algeria Telecom Corporation.

According to a statement by the Ministry, the inauguration ceremony took place in the presence of officials of institutions and bodies affiliated with the sector, along with members of the Board of Directors of the Algeria Telecom Corporation, in a step that confirms the importance of this institution and its strategic role in the country’s telecommunications sector.

By the way, the Minister-President congratulated the new Director General for the trust he had received, wishing him success in his duties, and stressing the pivotal role played by Algeria Telecom in developing the communications infrastructure, improving the quality of services provided to citizens, as well as keeping pace with the technological and digital transformation that Algeria is witnessing, which contributes to enhancing performance and innovation in the communications sector.
