The Minister of Environment and Quality of Life received Kawthar KreikoToday, Monday, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change of the State of Qatar, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Subaie, accompanied by the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Algeria, Abdulaziz bin Ali Ahmed Al-Nama, and their accompanying delegation, in the state of Al-Baidh, according to a statement by the ministry.
This visit falls within the framework of strengthening bilateral cooperation between Algeria and Qatar in the environmental fields, as the Minister, together with her Qatari counterpart, will supervise the inauguration of the Qatari Center for the Protection of the Houbara Houbara in the “Quira Lahbar” area in the municipality of Brizina in the state of El Bayadh.
According to the same statement, this station bears special importance in view of the natural resources and strategic environmental projects that the state of El Beidh abounds in, which represents a model of joint cooperation in protecting protected species, in a way that serves the goals of sustainable development.
