The Central Department of Control of Drug Trafficking (SCLTIS) managed, in the end of last week, in two consecutive operations, two in the mandates of Massib and Walida, to arrest two people (02), with the seizure of a quantity of treated, estimated at 110 kilograms and 700 grams, from Morocco.
The first operation was carried out by the elements of the central authority in the city of Bouhnafia, in the wilaya of Massib, under the supervision of the competent prosecution regionally, where the first suspect was arrested and his tourist vehicle was searched, which was parked inside the fold of a hotel, with the seizure of 43 kilograms of the treated how, was tightly hidden inside the cavities and different parts of the vehicle.
As for the second operation, it enabled the arrest of another tourist vehicle and its driver, at the level of the highway in Boufarik in the direction of Algiers, where the inspection process resulted in the seizure of a quantity of the treated quality estimated at 67 kilograms and 700 grams, which was tightly hidden inside the vehicle, using the same criminal method produced in the first case.
The suspects were brought before the public prosecutor to both the Bouhnafiyeh Court and Boufarik.
On the other hand, the Boumerdes Police represented in the Judicial Police Squad in the security of the Khamis al -Khashna district stopped 04 people and reserved 02 kg and 537 g drugs (Indian hemp), a quantity of hallucinogenic tablets, a quantity of solid drugs (cocaine), white weapons and recovering a sum of money.
In another context, the elements of the regional interest to combat illegal trafficking in the east, Annaba, managed to overthrow an organized criminal network with the seizure of 49 kg and 500 g of drugs (Indian hemp resin), a sum of money and recovers 04 vehicles.
