In this context, the representatives of the lower chamber received an official correspondence from the Presidency of the Council confirming that they were invited to attend the Parliament meeting in my chamber, which will be devoted to directing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to deliver a speech to the nation before Parliament, which is the fourth of its kind since the late President Houari Boumediene in 1977, and it is considered a good year established by the President since he came to power in the country in 2019, and clearly expresses The status of the legislative authority and an appreciation for its role, given that representatives live and convey reality as well as states, and convey the hopes and concerns of citizens, male and female. This constitutional mechanism, based on what Article 150 of the Constitution stipulates, also reflects the new approach to managing public affairs and consecrating the principles of good governance.

The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, will supervise the opening of the regular session of Parliament in its two chambers, in the presence of Speaker of the National Assembly Azouz Nasseri, Speaker of the National People’s Assembly Ibrahim Boughali, Prime Minister Sefi Gharib, President of the Constitutional Court, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, Lieutenant General Saïd Chengriha, Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, along with senior state officials and members of the government.

It is known that President Tebboune had stated in his last regular meeting with the national press that “the Parties Law will not be prepared without the involvement of political parties.” As for the Elections Law, President Tebboune explained that the ongoing review concerns only technical parts, stressing in the same context. The last bow that the president is expected to open during the meeting is related to foreign policy, and there are three important files, foremost of which is the Western Sahara issue as an issue of decolonization without backgrounds, and what is happening in Gaza, which Algeria considers a disgrace to humanity.
