Regarding the beneficiaries of the Professional Integration Activities Agency whose contracts have expired, the Minister explained, in response to a second written question from a representative of the National People’s Assembly, that “the Social Integration Activities Agency was created pursuant to Executive Decree No. 305.09 of September 10, 2009 under the supervision of the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Issues and by a government decision.” “It was decided to convert the contracts of the agency’s beneficiaries from fixed-term contracts to indefinite-term contracts with partial timing, in addition to raising their pensions, in order to improve their standard of living and raise their purchasing power.”

According to the Minister, the Ministry of Labor was assigned to follow up on the implementation of the provisions of Executive Decree No. 22-85 of February 27, 2022, which specifies the conditions and modalities for converting the contracts of the Social Inclusion Activities Agency into indefinite-term contracts at the partial time, which stipulated the requirement for the presence of the agents concerned with converting the contracts.
