The Legal Affairs Committee listens to representatives of the Chambers of Judicial Bailiffs and the Governors of Bidding Sale – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Today, Tuesday, the Legal and Administrative Affairs and Freedoms Committee, chaired by Mr. Zuhair Khalladi, Chairman of the Committee, heard representatives of the National Chamber of Judicial Bailiffs and representatives of the National Chamber of Bidding Governors.

Zuhair Khiladi, at the outset of the meeting, which took place in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Justice, pointed out the importance of the text presented to the committee, as it came to contribute to organizing a profession that has an important role in the application of judicial rulings and to give additional impetus to improving the judicial facility in general.

Committee members listened to representatives of the National Chamber of Judicial Bailiffs and the National Chamber of Bidding Governors of the draft law who made proposals affecting, in particular, Articles 07, 08, 09, 11, 12, 13, 40, 41, 57 of the draft law.
