Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Youth announced the opening of registration and participation in the national call to finance collective projects of a youth nature, entitled the year 2026, starting on February 1, 2026, for a period of 30 days, through the digital platform “Sharakah”, under the slogan: “An effective partnership for purposeful, creative youth projects.”
According to the Ministry’s statement, this initiative falls within the framework of the Ministry’s national strategy aimed at empowering youth and enhancing their role in comprehensive development, and embodying the instructions of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at establishing a new model for youth work based on initiative, innovation and participatory work, and raising the status of the collective movement as a key actor in building a modern and sustainable Algeria.
This call also aims to support youth collective work by providing financing, accompaniment and structuring mechanisms, and enhancing its contribution to local and national development, especially by creating specialized youth clubs within youth institutions to ensure continuity and achieve sustainable impact.
In contrast, the proposed projects include the following six themes: citizenship and youth participation in public life, protecting youth from pests and integrating them into their community surroundings; Developing life, social and digital capabilities and skills; Technological creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship; New media and purposeful digital content creation; Tourism, youth diplomacy, mobility and entertainment.
Regarding management mechanisms, the project financing process is regulated by two committees, namely the Central Committee for Study and Evaluation of Youth Association Financing Operations, which is charged with general supervision and final approval, and the Technical Committee for studying and selecting project proposals, which is responsible for evaluating files from a technical standpoint and selecting projects eligible for financing.

According to the statement, the account is subject to approval by the Youth and Sports Directorates for local associations, and the Ministry’s central departments for national and interstate associations, provided that projects are subsequently deposited exclusively through the platform, accompanied by the required documents and according to the specified deadlines.
At the conclusion of its statement, the Ministry of Youth affirmed its commitment to accompany the funded projects and ensure the achievement of an effective and sustainable impact, in a way that enhances the dynamism of youth collective work and contributes to building an initiative, creative and actively engaged generation in the path of national development.
