As for the level of the ranking globally, Spain (European champion 2024) rose to leadership followed by France in the second row, while the Argentina team (World Cup title holder 2022), the former leader, fell to the third grade followed by England, which maintained its fourth rank, at a time when Portugal rose to fifth, at the expense of the Brazilian Celesao declining to the sixth grade.
While the Netherlands and Belgium teams maintained their seventh and eighth ranks, Croatia and Italy rose to the ninth and tenth places in a succession at the expense of Germany, which fell to the 12th grade.
The next ranking of the International Football Association (FIFA) will be issued on October 23.
