The National Bureau of Meteorology warned Bulletin Especially, due to strong wind gusts reaching and sometimes exceeding 90 km/h, in many states of the country, on Thursday.
The Bureau indicated in a second level alert on map Vigilance is that all of the states will witness: Tipaza, Algeria, Boumerdes, Tizi Ouzou, Blida, Bouira, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif, Mila, Constantine, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Oum El Bouaghi, Batna.
In addition to the states of Khenchela, Tebessa, El Mughair, Touggourt, El Oued, Ghardaia and Ouargla, westerly to northwesterly winds blow, with speeds ranging between 60 and 70 km/h, reaching and sometimes exceeding 90 km/h, with sand blowing over the northern Sahara and oases.
