The vigilance map talked about rain falling in the states: Tarfa, Annaba, Skikda, Bejaia, Jijel, Tizi Ouzou, Boumerdes, Algiers, Tipaza, Blida, Bouira, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif, Mila, Constantine and Guelma.
