Sogral increases the number of its flights between the states in anticipation of Eid al-Fitr – New Algeria

She explained The company said in a statementIt has written a program to intensify flights, starting last Saturday until next Friday and a week after Eid al-Fitr, to ensure the return of travelers. It includes providing 2,300 additional flights through various land stations to accommodate the expected demand, which may reach approximately 350,000 passengers per day.

The same source added that 364 counters were provided to purchase tickets across various stations, including 148 counters equipped with electronic payment devices, in addition to circulating the “My Station” application to include 62 land stations, in order to enable citizens to purchase their tickets online without the hassle of traveling to land stations.

In a related context, the company touched on recording the sale of 35,000 tickets online, since the launch of the “My Station” application, which also allows, through its “SOS Danger” corner, quick digital reporting of any problems that customers may face, noting that it received more than 4,700 reports through it to the listening cell that the company installed.

On the other hand, to take care of travelers, Sogral has employed hygiene and security teams to ensure traveler comfort. It has also developed a proactive and post-operative plan of action with various national security, civil protection, and national gendarmerie agencies to maintain public order inside the stations, and to ensure rapid intervention in urgent cases.
