Social services funds for the education sector under the Ministry’s microscope – New Algeria

The Ministry of National Education sent a letter to education directorates across the country, calling for ensuring the proper implementation of the financial amounts allocated for social services for sector workers for the year 2026.

The Ministry called, in an official correspondence, to instruct the state financial managers of social services to monitor the proper implementation of the budget, in a way that serves the interests of the sector’s workers and employees across the various directorates.

The Ministry’s correspondent indicated that the social services budget for this year witnessed a noticeable improvement compared to last season, within the framework of implementing the directives of the Minister of National Education.

The Ministry stressed the need to give great importance to implementing the content of the instruction, in a way that serves the interests of workers and sector employees and ensures optimal management of the financial envelope allocated to social services for the year 2026.
