Ministry of Education: Opening the door for transportation for professors and administration employees

The Ministry of National Education has announced the opening of submitting transportation requests outside the administration to the female professors and employees of the education institutions management, entitled the next academic year 2025-2026.

This procedure includes professors drawn in the three educational levels (primary, intermediate and secondary) and employees of education institutions administration from primary school principals, averages and high schools, provided that they are in the status of actual service and those wishing to transport outside their administration used.

The ministry explained that the transportation process will take place within the limits of vacant financial positions in the required state, which means that the approval of requests will be subject to the availability of vacant positions.

As for the professors: the professor’s space via the link https://ostad.education.dz starting from Monday, July 14, 2025 to Saturday 02 August 2025 midnight, and the period of application is 19 days, while for management employees: the Foundation’s director account on the digital floor of the Ministry of National Education starting from Monday, 14 July 2025 at 15:00 to Thursday, July 24, 2025 midnight, and the period of application 10 Days.

In this context, the ministry stressed the need to submit applications exclusively through the information system for the national education sector, which reflects the ministry’s tendency towards full digitization of its administrative procedures. This procedure aims to facilitate the process for those concerned and ensure transparency in addressing requests, and it is advised to ensure the validity of the data entered into the information system, respect the specified dates to avoid rejecting the request, ensuring the presence of vacant positions in the required state, and following up the official website of the ministry for any updates or amendments.
