“Knas” launches an awareness campaign about the annual declaration of wages and employees – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers, through its various agencies, launched an awareness-raising campaign directed at employers, aiming to remind them of the necessity of annual declaration of wages and employees, in addition to introducing the recently introduced automatic deduction service for social security contributions.

Safia Bousiala, Director of the National Social Insurance Fund for Wage Workers in the Algeria Agency, explained that this annual campaign extends from January 1 to 31, and includes all agencies and state structures affiliated with the Fund, and aims mainly to remind employers of the necessity of respecting the legal deadlines for filing the annual declaration of wages and employees.

Bousiala added that, within the framework of modernizing management and simplifying administrative procedures, the Fund places at the disposal of users several digital services, most notably the electronic portal.

This awareness campaign also aims to provide comprehensive explanations about the automatic deduction service for social security contributions, which is a new procedure that allows contributions to be settled regularly and to respect legal deadlines, without the need to travel, within the framework of improving and enhancing the quality of public service.
