The Minister of National Education, Mohamed Saghir Saadawi, revealed today, Saturday, from the state of Constantine, the start of restructuring… inspection body, Within the framework of efforts aimed at developing evaluation mechanisms and enhancing the performance of the educational system, according to a statement from the ministry.
During his supervision of the work of the National Symposium for Inspectors, organized in the Grand Exhibition Hall “Ahmed Bey – Zenit”, with the participation of approximately 800 inspectors from various states of the country, in person and via video lectures remotely.
The Minister said that this process falls within the process of reforming the sector, through renewing the roles of educational actors, led by the Inspection Authority, in line with the requirements of the stage.
Saadawi stressed that the necessary capabilities will be harnessed to support the work Inspectors Enabling them to perform their duties to the fullest extent.
The same speaker also highlighted that the Inspection Authority is considered the cornerstone of the sector, due to its pivotal role in accompanying Repairs And ensuring its embodiment on the ground at the level of educational institutions.
Minister Saadawi explained that organizing this symposium reflects the importance of investing in human capital, noting that the inspection profession is based on accompaniment, support and constructive evaluation, which contributes to improving the professional performance of crews. It is worth noting that the symposium, which brought together inspectors from various ranks and specialties, aimed to value the role of the Inspection Authority in keeping pace with the transformations taking place in the education sector, and to strengthen evaluation mechanisms as a lever for reform, in addition to formulating more effective field approaches to accompany educational institutions.
For reference, the Minister of National Education is expected to continue his practical visit to the state of Constantine, where he will supervise the laying of the foundation stone for several new educational projects, in addition to inspecting and inaugurating facilities affiliated with the sector.
