Saadawi honors the finalists for the “Arabic Language Month” competition – New Algeria

In a speech at a celebration organized to mark the month of the Arabic language, during which the first students to qualify for the international competition for the month of the Arabic language, numbering 14 students, were honored. The minister explained that what these students achieved “is not just a result recorded or a ranking announced, but rather a translation of their talents, their passion for the Arabic language, and their eagerness to advance its arts and tools.”
In this regard, Mr. Saadawi praised the creativity of these people Students Who presented distinguished works in five creative fields: the short story, the essay, the poem, calligraphy and drawing, which made them “true ambassadors of eloquence and creativity.”
In this context, he stated that the number of works participating in the preliminary qualifiers amounted to “2,944 works at the level of 2,516 educational institutions, 1,108 of which were selected to participate in the state stage, of which 605 works were chosen, after the evaluation process, to participate in the national stage.”
He added that the National Selection Committee met between December 1 and 4 to evaluate, arrange and select the winning works at the national level nominated to represent Algeria in this international competition.
