Saadawi freezes the training process for the sake of integration permanently

The Minister of National Education, Mohamed Saghir Saadawi, confirmed that the training process for integration has been permanently frozen until it is canceled within the framework of amending the basic law for education sector employees, according to what was stated in the ministry’s statement.

In this context, Minister Saadawi explained, during a meeting he held at the Ministry’s headquarters in Mouradia in the capital, with representatives of trade union organizations whose basic laws cover the corps belonging to the category of education employees, within the framework of continuing the process of consultation and dialogue on amending the basic law for employees belonging to the corps of national education, that this decision came based on the precise data that the Ministry obtained from the field, and through direct follow-up of the conditions for implementing the training program across the various education directorates, indicating that the measure comes in consecration of the principle of integration. Direct.

The Minister of National Education confirmed that this measure will also include professors whose professional experience is less than four years, in order to ensure stability and harmony within the educational family, as well as in line with the directives of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at improving the professional and social conditions of employees of the national education sector.

In this context, the Minister of National Education announced the immediate commencement of working sessions on amending the basic law for the education sector, in order to ensure that this approach is embodied and included in its provisions, stressing at the same time that the amendment will enable all concerned groups to benefit from this procedure as soon as possible.
