Russian Foreign Minister: Iran is exercising its right to self-defense against attacks

The Russian Foreign Minister confirmed that Iran is taking legitimate defensive measures, targeting the military facilities of the country that it attacked, in reference to the recent escalation in the region. The minister considered that these operations come within the framework of protecting Iran’s national sovereignty and security interests, stressing Moscow’s position in support of the right of countries to defend themselves in accordance with international law.
